The short answer is nothing from the app itself. Lexify has no accounts or analytics, and no advertising; what you write in it stays on your phone. The long answer is below.

Nothing. Lexify does not ask you to create an account, and there is no sign-in. We do not receive your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers, and we do not build a profile of you.
If you set a display name in Settings, it is stored on your device so the app can greet you. It is never sent anywhere.
Your highlights, notes, collections, reading history and reading preferences are written to the app’s own private storage on your device. We have no copy of them and no way to read them.
Deleting Lexify removes all of it. If you want to keep your work, export a backup first (see section 04).
All 199 laws ship inside the download, so opening a law fetches nothing. Which laws you read, what you search for and which provisions you mark are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
New laws and corrections arrive through App Store updates, which Apple delivers in the ordinary way.
Settings › Your Data writes your highlights and notes into a file, and you choose where it goes. That file is yours. Once you put it in iCloud Drive, email it to yourself or hand it to someone else, it is covered by that service’s terms rather than ours.
Restoring merges a backup file back into the app. Nothing about that passes through us.
Lexify is bought once through the App Store. Apple takes the payment and tells your Apple Account that you own the app. We never see your card details, billing address or Apple Account.
Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy, not this one.
There are none. Lexify contains no analytics service, no advertising network and no crash-reporting service. Nobody is measuring your sessions, and there is no tracking to opt out of.
When you email support, we necessarily see your email address and whatever you tell us. We use it to answer you and for nothing else, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Lexify is a reading tool for Philippine law and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) gives you rights to access, correct and erase personal information held about you. Because we hold none, there is nothing on our side to produce, correct or delete.
Everything Lexify stores is on your device and under your control: delete an individual highlight or note in the app, or remove the app to erase all of it at once.
If Lexify ever gains a feature that changes any of the above (optional accounts for syncing between devices, for instance), this page will be rewritten before that feature ships, and the date at the top will change.
